Use these journeys to unwind, relax, and forget your troubles of the day.  It will greatly assist in your ability to “tune in” and “tap in”.One of the things we will be doing in this journey is activating your light body centres.   These are energy centres that correspond to the areas of your body where you major chakras reside, and activating them helps create stability and flow in your body.The concept is to flow energy up through your body and out the top of your head.   We will bring the energy in from around your root chakra area.   Any energies that are not compatible with you will be flowed out immediately through your sacral area.  You will then pump the energy that you want up through the rest of your body all the way to the top of your head.   From here, the energy will rise above your head and cascade all around you like a water fountain.  This is what creates the big bubble of light.This bubble of light is called your light body, and will assist you in attracting the energies and circumstances that you want, and deflecting the energies that you don’t want.

We have another special bonus for you.  On this page you will find a video discussing ways we already use sensory inputs, or intuition, in our daily life.  It may also give you some ideas and inspiration as to how to hone your “instincts”, or intuition, in order to make things work even better.

We use our intuitive abilities, and hone our intuitive senses on a daily basis, whether we are aware of it or not.   As children, this is something we just “did”.    It is something we just know to do.   As adults, sometimes we develop means of becoming less engaged and less sensory aware, but we still must rise to the occasion when we go out in the world.

The more aware we become, and the more comfortable we are working with our sensory inputs and outputs, the easier our daily life becomes.
